Daniel Pavon Cuellar is an Artist, Muralist and professional Photographer.

Daniel Pavon, his new born son and his family are victims of serious crimes that go from the theft of 1732 Original fine Art Paintings, fraud, Kidnapping of his son and the murder of his father.

During the process of these crimes made by the Lowry family in conspiracy with others; (In order of participation) Samantha Jennifer Lowry, Susan Gail Lowry, John Auriol Lowry, Joseph Patrick Douglas Lowry, Scarlett Lowry, Jemima Lowry and Jorgina Lowry, but also working in conspiracy with Tristan John Nind, Joe Milner, Jami Milner and several others.

Honorable Justice Hedley, these people use high influences by fraud and deception to get away with these crimes; from Parliament Members Meg Munn, Parliament Member Anne Snelgrove who in turn contacted Tony Blair to give them full consular support internationally.

These Influences gave full consular support to commit all types of crimes, probably without the British officials knowledge at the time, but these crimes are set with evidence on several sites and news across the web and also filed into the high Court of Justice of England proving clearly; Samantha Lowry stolen the travel documents of Daniel and Sebastian to prevent them from returning home, trespassed into the homestead of Daniel Pavon to steal all, even his Homestead were she not even lived there.
Samantha was an illegal alien in the United States and Daniel and Samantha were not even married, not even living together.

Why the Lowry did this?

To obtain a child support illegal in Texas ($ 4117 usd a Month) using stolen financial records from illegal raids in the parents of Daniel in Mexico and claiming the child is in Texas to obtain an illegal child support without the child then claim Daniel did not pay the child support (2 months) and sale his homestead, place restrictions against Daniel to obtain travel documents for the child when he need them to return to Texas and was requesting for them since June 1, 2007.

The British Embassy of Mexico through Dawn Farr (Consul) and Nicola Mockridge (Vice Consul) engage in true violations against our human and civil rights in our country of Mexico, in violation to our Constitution and even aiding on the kidnapping of the new born child from a Mexican Citizen within Mexican territory.

Samantha Lowry also claims Cecil K Scott gave the travel documents to her, immediately after Cecil K Scott personally took the duty to keep the travel documents in the Embassy of the Unites States of America to prevent the abduction of Sebastian from Mexico, this making a clear aiding and abetting on Kidnapping an 8 month old child, violating the rights of a legal resident and citizen of United States of America and of a Mexican Citizen in his territory.

Honorable Justice Hedley the criminal acts of the Lowry manipulation to several entities has resulted on the most serious violations to all the rights of each member of the Pavon Cuellar Family.
On the name of the British Government and resulting on the theft of their homes, illegal raids to family members homes where stolen documents from such homes were used for fraud in secret frivolous suits in Texas.

Honorable Justice Hedley, these people have claimed in writing:

They have committed PROVEN perjuries in court, trespassing, theft, fraud,  kidnapping and endless crimes and such indomitability is true for two years and seven months.

But these acts of Malice and perversity for theft, for fraud are crimes against our Constitutions, against our Country, against the Laws, against our children and families, against human kind.

Honorable Justice Hedley, these crimes cannot go unpunished and much less protected, aided and abetted by more British Officials.

Sebastian Pavon Cuellar was added as defendant in Hague Convention Proceedings and wrongfully assigned a guardian Ad Litem Scott Manderson to attack the father, where his arguments are proven false with the evidence records submitted to the High Court of England.

The Existence of the International Settlement Agreement under Hague Proceedings with the Director of Central Authorities, Consuls and Vice Consuls of the British and American Embassies in Mexico (witnesses to all events since Daniel Pavon requested their help since June 2007) need to be followed and respected and is also an instrument reached by Attorneys and the Countries involved with the endorsement of the highest representatives for each Country.

1732 Original Fine Art Remains stolen this is Cultural property that belongs to Mexico, to the Artist and his family.
But also all the personal documents of Daniel Pavon remain stolen, his son kidnapped, with serious breach to the Hague Convention treaties.

Icacu, International Child abduction unit took 8 months to find a Solicitor for Daniel: Carolynn Usher, who in turn acted on behalf of Daniel Pavon without his knowledge and filing documents without his authorization, such documents with false request and false events backing up the perjuries of Samantha Lowry.

This is inadmissible in Hague Proceedings but worst; the Father rights of Custody should not be harmed by acts of delays of Icacu, but the court shall research the reason why ICACU took a total of 10 months to file the Originating Summons and why ICACU did not file the evidence and application of the Father dated May 18, 2008 in The High Court of Justice of England.

Justice Hedley, we wish to be clear; We do believe Tony Blair and others may have acted on good faith but ignored the lies, perjuries and planned fraud of this conspiracy of few but there is no doubt someone in high power and in abuse of office is aiding these people commit these International serious crimes to obtain millions by fraud and theft in the most perverse way, now even with murder.
And the theft of 1732 Masterpieces been the largest and most perverse theft in history.

Why did she steal the travel documents of Daniel and Sebastian and refuse to send them even to Laredo to make impossible their return, to make impossible for Daniel and Sebastian to return to their home even trespass into Daniel home with 8 people,  even place restrictions against Daniel to obtain Travel documents for the child, when Samantha claimed he was allergic to all types of formula and could die?

To criminally obstruct Due Process is a crime to the Constitution, to the Law, to our rights of all; more by an illegal alien in the United States against a Texas resident and a United States Citizen.

Why did Samantha did not send the travel documents to Daniel who was requesting them since June 1, 2007 to return to Texas but Samantha withheld them by theft until December 3, 2007, day  the Execution of the International settlement agreement under Hague Convention Proceedings and before the Hague Convention Central Authorities Director and Consuls and Vice Consuls of the Embassies of the United Kingdom and United States of America.

Did Meg Munn Anne Snelgrove and Tony Blair had knowledge Samantha had all the travel documents of Sebastian, of Daniel?

Did Meg Munn Anne Snelgrove had knowledge Samantha and her family trespassed into Daniel Homestead?

Did Meg Munn, Anne Snelgrove and Tony Blair had knowledge Daniel and Sebastian were trying to return to Texas since June 1, 2007? 

But most concerning why the raids were made to the home of Daniel elderly parents where no legal records of such raids and the stolen financial records were stolen from such home and used for fraud in Texas by Joe D Milner, Minton Burton Foster and Collins who knew of the fraud and made 40% profit of all their illegal gains.

Joseph Lowry and Tristan Nind have also testified of their illegal espionage in Mexico, including setting video equipment to monitor the home of Daniel parents in Mexico 24 hours a day.
